DV1 offseason statement

Here in devils.one we aim to be one of the best talent-raising organisations in Europe. For that reason, our goal is to properly scout the Polish scene and prepare chosen players for the challenges of Europe. In each offseason we’re going to make our players available for tryouts.

DV1 is based in Warsaw, Poland where all of our players practice in a modern training facility – Esports Performance Center. Throughout the season, despite having a full-polish roster, our players have been communicating in English. They’re very accustomed to working in a gaming house setting. Each week consisted of multiple exercises with personal trainer, psychologist and a dietitian. Players had access to coaches and analysts. Worked with them individually and in group on vod reviews. The main goal was to help players develop good work ethics and to help them become self aware in terms of what they need to become great esports players. Outside of the performance related goals, we’ve been actively working on making sure that the players take care of their branding and they know how important their image in the social media is.

In order to try out any of our players, simply reach out to [email protected] and name the player you want to test. Make sure to specify what is the purpose of the tryout. We’re certain each one of them can add a great value to your team!
